CREATING SOMETHING OUT OF NOTHING
Quoteagious: Starting This Start-Up: Creating Something Out of Nothing: Page 2: Writing Hand
But where does one begin when creating something out of nothing?
Some writers generate an outline; others just put pen to paper and
begin writing.
Some painters prepare a sketch, or obtain a model;  others splash
paint to canvas.
Some musicians compose on paper; others go straight to the instrument.

Sometimes a stanza is repeatedly agonized over.  Sometimes layers and layers of paint are invested.  And sometimes reworks and drafts are typed and re-edited countless times (like this one.)

And architects, choreographers, film makers, designers, chemists, sculptors, chefs, event planners, inventors, innovators and visionaries, craftsmen and artisans of all sorts face this dilemma and simultaneous delight daily.

In my particular case, the evolution from concept to cohesion looked something like this…

At first…
A simple merchandisable product was outlined, mirroring the solution I had innovated in response to my own personal challenge (The Story of Quoteagious).  It quickly evolved to include complementary images (qPics) and grew into organized collections (Themes), as I applied my unique forte of previous work experience in photography and my educational background of psychology, to result in what has  become the valuable signature niche of our base products today.  Enthusiasm and a playful approach bore our company name, while  marketing experience and keen creativity birthed our ingenuitive tagline (Content for Your Life.)
